Options to Make Payments
Payment in full is required upon completion of treatment, unless prior arrangements have been made. These portions are determined by our office software and are strictly estimates. We accept cash, check or credit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for your convenience. Refund Policy: If you have a question or concern about your payment please contact us at 509-891-5001.
If your Insurance Carrier pays less than estimated, a billing statement will be sent to collect the difference. The billing cycle is monthly.
Option 1
Financing through Care Credit- For patient portions up to $25000.00. Our office accepts all promotions. Click on the link below to review the current promotions and minimum purchase requirements being offered. Some restrictions may apply on the minimum purchase amount.

In office payment plans for patients. Minimum of $200.00 with 50% down day of service and the balance due the following month. Must be an established patient of record with no outstanding balance.
