Option 1
Financing through CareCredit for patient portions up to $25,000. Our office accepts all available CareCredit promotions. Click the link below to review current promotional financing options and minimum purchase requirements. Restrictions may apply depending on the promotion selected.
Option 2
We also offer financing through Sunbit, providing flexible monthly payment options designed to fit your budget. The application takes just a few moments to complete, and many patients receive an instant decision.
Payment in full is required upon completion of treatment, unless prior arrangements have been made. These portions are determined by our office software and are strictly estimates. We accept cash, check, credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience. Refund Policy: If you have a question or concern about your payment, please contact our office.
If your insurance carrier pays less than estimated, a billing statement will be sent to collect the difference. The billing cycle is monthly.
